Privacy notice
We ask for very little, on purpose.
Pre-launch note: Market Analytico is an independent service in founding-stage development. The final operating entity, physical address and data-controller registration details must be added here before paid public launch.
What we collect
When you request an audit through /onboarding, we collect your name, email address, role, country, business name and the public link you give us — a website, shop or social profile. A phone or WhatsApp number is optional. There is no account.
We also collect what you choose to share about your offer, audience, growth challenge or opportunity, objectives, previous attempts and any additional business context. We record campaign attribution such as UTM parameters and first-party funnel events. We do not automatically store your IP address in the acquisition event record.
Why we use it
- To produce and send your audit. Our software helps surface patterns from the context and public pages you provide; a marketing specialist reviews the evidence and writes everything that reaches you.
- To contact you once, about two weeks later, to ask whether the audit was useful and what you would have paid for it — only if you ticked that box. If you did not, we do not contact you again. These answers are used to improve the service.
- To understand which channels bring people here, using the attribution above.
Where it is kept
Onboarding submissions are stored as individual records in private object storage that only we can read. They are not published or shared with anyone outside the people producing your audit.
What we do not ask for
Do not send passwords, access tokens, customer lists, personal customer information, trade secrets or confidential campaign data. We only read what is already public and never need access to a private account. Keep optional context focused on business-level information that is safe for our specialists to review.
Legal basis and consent
Processing needed to produce the audit you requested is based on your request and explicit acknowledgement. The follow-up conversation is a separate, optional permission that is never pre-ticked, and declining it does not change the audit you receive. You may withdraw it at any time.
Sharing and processors
Information may be handled by infrastructure, database, analytics and email providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell what you send us. A current processor list and cross-border transfer safeguards will be published before public paid launch.
Retention
Requests that never received an audit should be reviewed and removed after 90 days. Delivered audits and follow-up notes should be reviewed after 12 months. Records required for legal, security or contractual reasons may be retained for the applicable period.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of your information, subject to applicable law. You may tell us to stop contacting you at any time. These rights include protections under Kenya’s Data Protection Act where it applies.
