Early-access terms
Free work, and what we ask in return.
Pre-launch note: The final legal entity, registered address, governing-law clause and formal support contact must be completed and reviewed before accepting payment or opening a public pilot.
The free audit
The free early-access offer is an audit of what your portfolio or profile needs, produced by a marketing specialist from the public pages at the link you give us. It is an opinion offered in good faith — not a guarantee of reach, leads, revenue or platform performance, and not professional advice. We aim to send it within five working days; that is a target we work to, not a contractual deadline. No further work, service level or ongoing engagement is promised by it.
What we ask in return
Nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. If you agreed to it, we will contact you once, about two weeks after delivery, to ask whether the audit was useful and what you would have paid for it. That answer is the only thing we are asking for, and you may decline it at any point without affecting anything. If you did not tick that box, you will not hear from us again.
Your submissions
You confirm that you have the right to share the information and public profile links you provide, including anything you write in the longer onboarding form. Do not submit confidential information, third-party personal data, passwords or access credentials.
We may say no
A specialist reviews every audit, so we take a limited number each week. We may decline a request, or tell you plainly that your business is not one we can say anything useful about. Requesting an audit does not guarantee receiving one, and no future product, price or place in any programme is being offered or implied here.
Availability
This is an early-access service. Availability, turnaround and what the audit covers may change. We may pause requests entirely when we do not have the capacity to produce them properly.
Acceptable use
You may not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing material; test stolen personal data; interfere with the service; or request an audit of a business that is not yours to represent.
Contact
A dedicated public contact must be configured before public deployment.
